Manchester United are keen on Valencia’s midfield powerhouse Javi Guerra and could launch a £22m offer.
The 22-year-old Spaniard has rejected a new deal with Valencia and is open to a Premier League move.
Valencia Midfield Ace on the Move
Guerra, who stands 6ft 2in, is known for his box-to-box style, energy, and strength.
He’s already made 89 appearances, scoring eight goals, and has captained Spain’s U21 side.
Valencia value him at £18m, but with Villarreal owning 30% of his rights, the total price could rise closer to £25m.
Why United Want Him
United’s midfield is already packed with Mainoo, Casemiro, Ugarte, Mount, and Bruno Fernandes, but Guerra’s intensity and pressing ability could add a new dimension.
With Amorim aiming for a more dynamic squad, Guerra fits the bill as a young, high-energy player who thrives under pressure.
What Happens Next
While United are also focusing on attacking and defensive reinforcements, Guerra’s availability and potential make him a serious target.
If other deals stall, United might push hard to bring the Spanish starlet to Old Trafford this summer.
