Manchester United produced one of their best performances in years as they beat rivals Manchester City 2-0 at Old Trafford. It was a famous derby win that will live long in the memory of the home fans.
Many supporters felt nervous before kick-off, but United proved the doubters wrong. They were organised, brave, and full of fight from the first minute to the last.
Under the guidance of Michael Carrick, United looked confident and well-prepared for the challenge.
City dominated possession as expected, but United defended smartly and hit back with pace. Two second-half goals sealed a deserved win and sparked wild celebrations inside the stadium.

Worked tirelessly in midfield. Showed maturity beyond his years and handled the pressure well in a big game.
